Apex Solutions LLC Return and Refund Policy

At Apex Solutions LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. However, our return and refund process is subject to the policies set forth by our suppliers. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted within the time frames specified by each supplier (typically 15-30 days from the date of delivery). Please consult each supplier's individual return policy for specific details.
- Non-returnable items: Items that are personalized, monogrammed, special-ordered, or damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- In case the product is defective or damaged during transportation, the item must be reported within the designated time frame (usually 48 hours) for eligibility.

2. Supplier-Specific Policies:
- Each supplier has their own return policy, and returns must be made in accordance with these policies. Apex Solutions LLC will only process returns based on the terms and conditions provided by the supplier of the product.
- Please review the return policy of the supplier before initiating a return request. 

3. Return Process:
- Return Authorization (RMA): Before sending back an item, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective, incorrect product). 
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure the safe return of your item.
- For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and international returns may not be accepted in some cases.

4. Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the processing times of the payment processor and the inspection of the item.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain returns, particularly for items returned due to a change of mind or incorrect order.

5. Exceptions:
- Items that are perishable (e.g., food, medications), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
- Any items that are returned in a condition that does not meet the criteria for return, including damage from improper handling or use, will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

6. Fraudulent Returns:
- Apex Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns that are deemed fraudulent, including but not limited to the return of counterfeit products, falsified returns, or products returned without the original packaging or documentation.
- If fraudulent activity is detected, Apex Solutions LLC may take legal action.

7. No Returns After Time Limit:
- If the item is returned after the allowable return window, Apex Solutions LLC will not process the return or provide a refund.

8. Final Sale Items:
- Certain items may be marked as "final sale" and cannot be returned. These items will be clearly labeled at the time of purchase.

1. **Sangria Beech - Return Policy**
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. **Peach Maple - Return and Refund Policy**
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. **Yellow Crius - Return Policy**
- You have 30 days to return an item from when you ordered it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Contact us before sending back your item so that we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Refunds will be issued after inspection and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

4. **Taupe Shadow - Return Policy**
This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. **Burgundy Eunostus - Return Policy**
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

6. **Jade - Return Policy**
This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In the event of receiving a damaged item, customers are required to report it within 48 hours of product receipt. Failure to comply will result in the inability to process a refund or replacement.

7. **Lavender Windroot - Return Policy**
This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

12. **Aquamarine Poppy - Return Policy**
In case you notice that your purchased product has a manufacturing defect or possibly was damaged during transportation, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear or shipping are not eligible for return.

13. **Jade Epimetheus - Return Policy**
This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

14. **Ozdingo - Return Policy**
Returns accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. A 20% restocking fee may apply for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, and you will be responsible for return postage. Some items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods and hazardous materials.
