Processing & Handling Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and supplier timelines. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on the supplier, product type, and destination. The estimated delivery time for most orders is 7-30 business days. However, this timeframe may change due to factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or supply chain disruptions.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

International Shipping

At this time, Apex Premium Supply only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with various carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, depending on the supplier and the destination.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at sales@apexsolutionsllcusa.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "delivered," but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If your package is lost in transit, contact us for assistance.
  • Stolen Packages: Apex Premium Supply is not responsible for stolen packages. If you suspect package theft, please file a claim with the carrier and local authorities.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
